Shantall - Practice Manager of Operations

Shantall is a Southwest Florida native, born in Fort Myers and raised in Bonita Springs. She attended the academy of Dental Assistants in Saint Petersburg, Florida Southwestern State College, and Florida Gulf Coast University. She has 12 years of experience and has worked alongside Dr. Haidet since 2013. She loves providing exceptional dental care to patients while ensuring they experience a calm and caring environment. Her knowledge and skills of innovative dentistry put patients at ease. Shantall is married and has a son, who is the light of her life. Family is an essential part of her life, and she enjoys quality time with them outside of the office.

Michelle - Dental Hygienist

Originally from Cape Cod Massachusetts, Michelle has been practicing dental hygiene here in Southwest Florida since 2000. Michelle prides herself on providing thorough cleanings all while getting to know her patients, establishing rapport and building lasting relationships. Michelle has 2 children with her husband Chad Wills, a Naples native and local chiropractor. When outside of the office, she enjoys going sailing with her family. Michelle is also an amazing pasta sauce maker and enjoys cooking her delicious Italian family recipes.

Emily - Dental Hygienist

A Naples native, Emily graduated from Gulf Coast Highschool and earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from St. Petersburg College. She has been in the dental field for about seven years and carries experience of several aspects of the dental office including reception, dental assisting, and dental hygiene. The most rewarding part of her job is being able to make an impact on her patient’s overall health and oral hygiene. She prides herself on the education she is able to give her patients to take home once they leave the office. Recently married, Emily and her husband Hunter got married on home plate at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. In her free time, she loves watching baseball and trivia with her husband, and spoiling her beagle babies, Cash and Penny. 

Charley - Dental Hygienist

Charley was born and raised in Illinois but recently made the move to Naples. She is a graduate of McKendree University with a B.S. in Biology and Lake Land Community College with an A.A. in Dental Hygiene. Charley brings 10 years of dental experience and will enthusiastically welcome you as she helps you explore your health and wellness goals. What she loves most about dentistry is that she's constantly learning new things, conducting research, having conversations with patients, making them smile, and showing off our state-of-the-art technology to provide the best dental care possible. When she's not busy taking care of smiles, Charley enjoys doing CrossFit, trying new restaurants, golfing, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family!"

Chloe - Dental Assistant

Chloe was born and raised in southwest Florida and does not plan on ever moving from the Sunshine State! She is new to the dental field but has always enjoyed learning about dentistry. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. Chloe plans to continue her education in the dental field and grow within her new dental home. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and is also a foodie. She likes trying new restaurants and discovering whole-in-the-wall places. Chloe will be one of the warm smiles you see welcoming you into our practice!

Sherry - Dental Assistant

Sherry is originally from Fort Worth, Texas. She attended the Lorenzo Walker Dental Assisting Program in Naples, Florida. She has 33 years of experience and is a true master of her art. Sherry has been with our practice since 1990. She truly enjoys helping people achieve the smiles of their dreams. Sherry’s confidence in her skills and knowledge about dentistry puts patients at ease. Sherry is married, has two adult children and two fur babies. She loves going to the beach, seeing movies, reading, and hanging out with family and friends. Sherry is a Texas girl at heart and loves visiting any chance she gets.

Joanna - Dental Assistant

Joanna is a southwest Florida native who has been in the dental field for over 10 years. She has been a Dental Assistant for much of her dental career. She has been an incredible assistant to our front desk team. She enjoys getting to know each of the patients who come through the office. Joanna utilizes her dental knowledge to ensure proper patient education and care. Joanna enjoys a full life with her husband, three children, and two dogs. She likes reading, and spending time with her extended family that are integral parts of her life.

Gina - Business Assistant

Gina is originally from Michigan and has now lived in Naples for over 5 years. She enjoys traveling to spend time with family. Gina has been in the dental field for 5 years and loves building relationships with patients. She will always go above and beyond to put a smile on their face. Gina’s infectious personality will welcome you in from the moment she answers your call to the moment you arrive at our office. On her free time, she loves going on bike rides and is a karaoke enthusiast. She will serenade her team and patients any chance she gets.

Katarina - Business Assistant

Katarina was born and raised in beautiful Naples, where she built a strong foundation in family values and community. She is happily married and a devoted mother of two wonderful children, who keep her life full of joy and purpose. Katarina holds an Associate's Degree in Arts, along with being a certified aesthetician, where she honed her passion for beauty and self-care.

Though relatively new to the dental field, Katarina is excited to embrace this fresh career path, eager to learn and grow professionally. She views this change as an opportunity to expand her skill set and contribute to the health and well-being of her patients. With a strong drive to make a difference, she looks forward to becoming an integral part of the dental team and continuing her journey in this rewarding field.

Outside of her professional life, Katarina cherishes her free time, which she spends focusing on her family and personal hobbies. Whether it's enjoying boating on the water with her loved ones, diving into creative DIY crafts, or simply relaxing at home, Katarina finds balance and fulfillment in these moments. Her passion for life and dedication to both family and career make her a dynamic and compassionate person both in and outside the workplace

MaryBeth - Sterile Technician

MaryBeth is a Connecticut native but has lived in Naples for over 30 years. She has been in the dental field for over 20 years and enjoys building relationships, helping where needed and keeping the flow of the office streamlined. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family. She lives in our beautiful community of Golden Gate estates. She loves country music and vintage markets.
